WHEN YOU WILL BE HEARING FROM STUDIO TRAVELER ONCE YOU HAVE SIGNED UP

As is standard with all Studio Traveler trips, participants will receive a balance of payment reminder one week out from the October 31 due date, in this case on October 24, 2024. A ‘six weeks out’ email will then be sent on December 9, 2024 which will include information on packing tips, currency and other trip-related notes as well as a participant list and accident waiver and emergency contact forms. A final ‘one week out’ email will be sent on January 3, 2025. Communications from participants are always welcomed whether in response to scheduled emails or simply when a concern or question arises.
