EXTRA DAYS IN LONDON

Participants wishing to come early or stay later should fill out an ‘Extra Nights’ request accessed by clicking here.

WHEN YOU WILL BE HEARING FROM STUDIO TRAVELER ONCE YOU HAVE SIGNED UP

As is standard with all Studio Traveler trips, participants will receive a balance of payment reminder one week out from the due date, in this case on May 23, 2025. A ‘six weeks out’ email will then be sent on July 23, 2025 which will include information on packing tips, currency and other trip-related notes as well as a participant list and accident waiver and emergency contact forms. A final ‘one week out’ email will be sent on August 28, 2025 . Communications from participants are always welcomed whether in response to scheduled emails or simply when a concern or question arises.
