Nature is the gardener at the site of a 1000 year old monastery in the legendary Wicklow Mountains

We have a wee dram of this small-batch local brew, well, just for the fun of it!

We depart for points west!
We arrive in Kilkenny in time to tour this 400 years old, perfectly preserved house and garden

We‘re in Waterford so we take the morning off for shopping, touring or just dreaming
in this beautiful place before we are off for an afternoon of visits
The Irish seat of the legendary Cavendish family, the gardens of Lismore are thought to rival those of the family’s English estate Chatsworth House
BALLYMALOE ORGANIC GARDEN TOUR
Ballymaloe has been a renowned and innovative cooking school since the 1970’s. Its decades-long dedication to farm to table cooking now includes a particularly fine and extensive organic garden
